Meet Rob & Susanne
Rob and Susanne are both retired psychotherapists, who now focus mostly on one-on-one counselling, as well as relationship counselling.
Rob and Susanne promote a holistic approach to living by teaching classes on life skills, with a special emphasis on emotional wellbeing. They also co-facilitate classes on developing intuition skills for everyday life. These classes are both fun, and educational, allowing for unlimited growth for everyone.
Individual Therapy & Life Counselling
Individual counselling and holistic therapists will work with you on supporting you and guiding you through healing aspects of the mind, body, spirit and emotions, in a quest to help you achieve balance, harmony and thrive in your life. As certified Relationship Counsellors, Rob and Susanne work with a variety of relationships: marriage/partners, parents and adult children, as well as relationships in the workplace. In their work with couples, they practice an “emotionally focused therapy” (EFT) approach. This therapeutic, process allows partners to work through their own issues while learning how to listen to one another, and to respond, rather than react. Within this process couples learn to set realistic relationship goals.
